I recently finished a hand pieced quilt, and even though I have a longarm, I knew this quilt cried out to be hand quilted! So I signed up at a church quilting group to have the quilt hand quilted. Actaully the girls are all friends, so I plan to take a few other friends in to have them all do a few stitches on it. I was so excited today to actually see it started!!!!

    That's great!!!
Win-Win ... you get your quilt done by people you know and the Church benefits with your donation to the group.

Are you going to be helping regularly to do the quilting? Or just a few stitches when you take your friends? Have FUN!

... do you have a picture of the top, so we can get a better look? I'm intrigued from what I can see!!
