Thread: The beach ladies are finally done!

    For many of you, you've seen this project in various stages of completion. Well, last weekend, I FINALLY finished it completely. I used some of my fruit ladies in the border and also tried out the new embellishing stuff I picked up at the quilt show a couple of weeks ago. Now it get's to "age" in my room until DSis comes to visit in June. Now, off to work on my row round robin!

    oh how cute is that!! I am the red head one in purple :D You did great job of applique, this is such a fun one.

    Sunburn and all? DD and I had a laughing fit when we decided to give the redhead a sunburn, even with her carrying the lotion... :lol:

    I totally love it!!!! Did you use a pattern, or is it your own? I just seen the fruit ladies fabric online the other day! Great job on it, I bet you did have a blast making it! :D
