yes it was, but I found out that it wasn't all cotton when I went to press it. Pretty yes, but not easy to work with, but am determined to use it up. I have another set of Rail fence strips sewn together but since the pattern is pretty boring, haven't started putting them together! Someday when I'm kind of in a totally not inspired mood, I'll put them together....

I also had to make so many borders because I kind of ran out of green which determined that I couldn't continue with the rail fence pattern (I did have a lot more of the roll). So, since it was small, and I wanted a bed size quilt, I just kept adding borders, using colors within the floral strip itself.

I LOVE your quilt and your creativity. I have 2 yards of fabric that I want to use as an accent in a quilt and had no idea what to do. I hope you don't mind if I borrow some of your idea. it is perfect for the amount of fabric that I have. Thank you for sharing.
