Thanks I like it so much I had to take it to my friends house today when we had coffee together to show her...I know she suffers with cold feet and hands also...

A friend of mine made me one for Christmas last year. She also put dried lavendar in with the rice. It works good on sore muscles too.

You can use any fabric for the lining...it is covered up...use the fugglies!
