    Bigfoot Sighting in Utah

LOL did that get your attention?? My Daughter requested this quilt. She goes backpacking with her family and they take their tents food and everything they need on their backs and hike for days and stay where ever they wind up in the wild national forests. One night they heard noises in the trees close by them and they shined their flashlights and saw huge glowing red eyes in the pitch blackness. They took a pic and it turned out to be deer. Whew! Anyway, She thought it would be funny to have this quilt. So I made it for her.

It is a pattern, but I added the tent and the fancy border I made with the leftover triangles from the trees.

It's a hoot. The quilt came out fabulous. And, your heading did grab my attention. And, I love the added detail of the tent. And, I think the scale of it is perfect. The woods always seem so big at night. During the day too! lol

Your quilt is so full of good humor. Your bigfoot is the size of the tall pines, and the little blue tent is nestled among the pines. You're a marvelous quilt designer.

It sure did get my attention!! Beautiful quilt and love the Bigfoot. The tent looks so cute nestled among the trees. Thank goodness the noise was only a deer!!

What a great memory quilt that will without a doubt be passed on. I have a lot of camping fun memories but never immortalized into an actual quilt. Maybe I should do one of my son-in-law's jeep floating down the river because he forgot the lock down the wheels before crossing it. I'll have to think on that one. Yes, you got my expectations up with your title. Thanks for sharing.
