Both blocks are great! However, I particularly love the little bird with earmuffs.

I saw this earlier this year and made the decision to pass. Well - - - change of mind - I just copied all the PDF's. I can visualize this embroidery on white surrounded by squares of 30's fabrics. Thanks for the link!
