    Black, White and Purple Quilt!

I took my first quilting class at the end of the summer and am so glad I did. Having the motivation of a class was great as this quilt was completely done in a matter of weeks...

I saved it for a Christmas gift for a friend. She said she would love a black and white quilt with some purple. I enjoyed the colour combination and really like the pattern. The pattern is called Samurai Squares Quilt. She loved it

put off till tomorrow what you can do today, and if you procrastinate long enough, you may never have to do it.

A fine quilt, with good color/fabric choices. I wish my first quilt had been anywhere near that good.

Beautiful quilt. The colors are wonderful and the pattern used is perfect to showcase them. Glad you enjoyed the class. Classes are frequently catalysts to do great things-you have a great start.
