We took a two week vacation at the end of June, so I lost 12 days in July to work on my annual Christmas in July project. I did finish up a couple of sets of quickie table runner and matching candle mats for my step-daughters. I found this free pattern while web surfing late one night last week, I couldn't resist starting it too. I have all of the blocks ready to join together, the trees are dimensional, they are folded and the only seams are in the center of the block and the seam that joins the trunk section to the tree. The pinwheels are actually prairie points, so they are dimensional also. It's been so much fun to make, I'm glad I at least got it started in July!

Yes, they are prairie points, it took me most of Saturday to fold them all!

What a great quilt. Would you be willing to share the website where you found the pattern?

Thanks,
