What fabric would you guys put for boarders? I was thinking may be green in a 2" with a purple binding. But not sure. Would have to purchase green for it though. I do know my boo boo which is glaring at me right now.

top almost done. YEAH!!!!!

Heheheheh... you should not have said anything about a boo boo.. took me a long time to see it.. hehhehee.. I love the purple. how big are you wanting it to be? Are you wanting it as a lap size or a bed size? Hard to know. Will the top be only on bed and boarders fall over sides? Or is it meant for a wall hanging?

can you do a skinny inner border and one outside that larger? either the green or the purple can be the outside and binding if you have enough fabric. very pretty quilt!

I think green/same as backgorund in blocks for outer border with purple binding.

Purple would frame it beautifully...I would use a narrow purple and then come back with a wider in the green and bind with purple.

I would do a narrow green and then border it with the purple and bind with the green. I wouldn't add another color.
