Sorry, I found the pattern. It's from Pieces of my Heart by Sandy Gervais if anyone else needs to make this quilt like I do. Thank you so much for posting your picture.

The pattern is called Oh Happy Day by Sandy Gervais. It goes with a panel designed for it. The wording is from the panel.
