this is two more customer requested purses... she is loving the whole tweedy look... works for me !

Nice bags! I have got to try these. I have the pattern but am hestitant to start it.

I love them. I would have never thought to choose the tweedy looking fabric. But they are very nice. I really like these.

Hi Colleen: We are thinking alike! I want to make a Bow Tuck from upcycled wool. I just bought 2 Pendelton skirts at the mission, and want to use them for a purse. Maybe will want some contrast with it. Is your tweed wool or upholstery weight fabric? Nice look!

I made 2 before Christmas. The first one I did for me just in case there were and mistakes. It turned out well. The second for my DIL with oriental fabric, and that one came out really well ! They are both gone now, my other daughter fell in love with mine! Guess I'll have to make me another one!

That is a great idea to go look for a wool skirt. I am sure right now they have plenty of tweed and such.n Thanks for the idea.
