After seeing all the wonderful bow tucks bags I decided I needed to try one too. Since we live on a farm and sometimes my purse ends up sitting on the floor of a farm truck I didn't want a fabric bottom (too hard to keep clean). I went to the vinyl remnant bin at Len's Mills and picked up some small pieces and used them for bottom and handles. Since I was using slightly smaller pieces for this trial run this bag is a downsized version of the original. Now that I have worked out the kinks I will go ahead with the real thing.

Slightly smaller bow tucks with a twist

I love your Bow Tuck purse!! :D What a Great idea putting a different bottom on it. That would definately make it easier to clean. You have done a wonderful job making this one. I will be anxious to see your next one, too!!
:D :D :D :D
