My First "Attempt" at a Doll/Mini Quilt

Well it isn't perfect and I made a lot of mistakes - but I'm learning, and that's what really matters, I think. My DMIL gave me some scraps of batting to practice quilting with so I figured I'd attempt a doll/mini quilt. I still have to do the binding, but here's what I have so far.

I think it's great that you are trying something new to you. Patience and perseverence DO pay off and you are on your way. Hold on to those beginning pieces. They are part of the fabric story of your journey.
