Default Camping Quilts
Just wanted to share my recently completed projects made for my grandchildren ~ toasty, flannel-backed camping quilts.

When I asked my DGD what colors she liked her answer was "bright"...

... so that's what she got. I love how cheerful this is!

I looked for camping-themed fabric for my 9 yr. old DGS but didn't find anyhing suitable - ended up finding a drawing of a tent made of simple geometric shapes and paper-pieced these tent
blocks.

I think it turned out pretty darned cute!

They are perfect, but too nice for camping in my opinion. I just love the tents what a lucky find of fabric that was.
