Default Can you help with name of this block?

I found this block somewhe on the WWW and figured out how to make it. I've a quilt in progress ans several friends want to make theblock. Does antone know it's name? Thanks.

It is called ribbon star and is featured in an old issue of Quilt Magazine. I don't know if that is the original name or not. The only tricky part is those pesky "Y" seams. I made this pattern years ago for my son when he graduated from college.

After looking once more, I realized that the "Y" seams have been done away with. I did it with the "Y" seams and it was a pain to get them right. So glad someone modified the pattern!
