Default "Cat Cousin Weekend Get Together"

I made this quilt for my oldest daughter for Christmas this year. The five cats represented are Gracie, Beer, Tamba, Star and Belle. Two belong to her, one belongs to my youngest daughter, and the last two are mine. We all live in different parts of the country but consider our cats to be related to one another. I drew their images from photos taken in the past. All the other images on the bookshelf have a personal meaning for my daughter - some her hobbies, some her occupation, some things from her past. She was thrilled when I gave it to her.
Everyone was home for Christmas this year and that made it special.
I posted another thread earlier of my youngest daughter's quilt. Next year I will switch the themes and make each one another quilt - hopefully to their liking again.

Wow! Does your daughter realize how talented her Mom is?

We do.

Rosie, as a fellow cat lover I am in awe of your creativity. That is the nicest cat quilted wall hanging I have ever seen. What a lucky daughter you have.
