Default Cathedral Window Quilt

This quilt has been in the making for almost 20 years and is finally finished. My mother-in-law, who had made at least three of these quilts (queen size, no less) taught me how to do them in the early 1990's. Well, I got bored and lost interest - they are very labor intensive. I worked on it on and off through the years and decided that this year I was going to keep at it until it was finished. It really came out nice (the fabrics are much prettier than they look in the photos) and I am glad I made it but I won't make another. Hope you enjoy seeing it.

Beautiful. Would you consider selling the pattern?

Well worth the wait. This is beautiful, and it looks hugh, so I can see why it would take a long time.

Fantabulous! It is the prettiest one I have ever seen. It seems different than most I have looked at, like more fancy in the corners and not flat like most. You did a monumental job. Thank you for finishing and sharing with us.
