Default Charisma's Chain of Faith

Hi everyone...I have been gone for a few weeks..Family emergency.
But I am back in the saddle..errrr I mean quilting machine...trying to get ready for our local quilt show. I am the featured quilter.....and I now have dates....June 22-23 Ephrata High school Gym. IN case any of you happen to be in town....I would love to meet you!

This is my own quilt.....and a friend of mine pieced it for me....I just really wanted this quilt for myself...with a couple Blush jelly rolls I have been hoarding....and I loved the pattern..the name of the pattern ect.
It' a free pattern from the moda bake shop.

I wanted to make the chain pop..because I made the mistake of keeping the red stirps in..and they compete to much with the chain..so I thought I could make a difference with the quilting. In the end I love the quilt...red strips and all.... and I love the spiral type flowers...it's the first time I have done those...and I love them! They are fun and cute!

Thanks so much for looking!

That is beautiful! I've wanted to do that pattern, but wasn't sure how to plan out the colors to get the look I want. It looks like all of the corner squares and the 4 square have the same print. Any other recommendations in the color layout now that you've done one?

Is this a judged show? If it is - you will win for sure! Your quilting is outstanding! I love this quilt. Been seeing a lot of teal with red- must be the new thing. There is one in my future, haha. Good luck with the show.

How Beautiful! Saving that fabric was worth it. So glad you get to keep one for yourself!

Beautiful, I made a quilt out of that jelly roll and I wish it would of made it bigger for my bed as it is one of my favorite fabric lines.
