Oh my gosh - that is so cute!! I'm sure your son just loves it. As a mom of a (grown) son who had red ear turtles, and a mom who spent mucho deniro buying goldfish for the turtles to eat because they apparenlly had an aversion to the turtle food pellets - I hope you know that red ear turtles live for, on average, 75 years!!!!! Good luck. :)
