Patti, what a great idea!! It goes perfect there, made to fit...of course!! :D

I was admiring the dishes in the cabinet, just as I scrolled down and saw how old they are, what a lovely heirloom :D

I wasn't overly struck on chicken fabrics...but have to admit they are GROWING on me...not literally, otherwise best see the Doc, but you get my drift....   I think it's the country charm feel this type of wallhanging has, that's appealing to me :D

Very cute wall hanging! So inventive to use it to hide the new box.

Thanks for all the nice compliments...DH likes it, so thats what is important I think..

Izy...I just love the dishes..my Mom and Grandmother drove quite some distance to pick them up in person....years ago. Mother used to always serve the Thanksgiving turkey on that huge platter you see on top of the hutch. It hasn't had many turkeys on it since Mom passed away..but I still love to look at it. When I retired...DH had cooked me a fabulous dinner and had the table all set with these dishes for when I came home from work for the final time. It really made the day special.
