My youngest daughter is expecting my first grandbaby, a boy, and she is due in May. Her baby shower is next Saturday, and her baby quilt is ready to be wrapped up.
She loves things of nature, trees and greens. I did a very simple design so the leafy fabric would really stand out, accented with the turquoise and browns, and the quilting is leaves and dragonflies.
She didn't want anything too cutesy or babyish, but I had to put the laughing monkeys on the back for me!

What a cute quilt!!!
I have my first grandbaby due in May too. And it's a boy as well. Her baby shower is Sunday. I don't have a quilt yet, that will come later. I have other things for her first.
