What a Beautiful star block!! I like it just the way it is, but it wouldn't hurt to try it with a different center. Heck, maybe you would want your table runner to have all different center's for a change!! Just a thought, but do keep us posted when you make further progress. Lovely work.
:D :D :D :D

Sherryl, Hi!! I love the Christmas block but I agree that the center star needs a little more contrast. But you could use that as one of the blocks in a Christmas tablerunner with two other ones.

Very nice and I agree, center needs to be changed. Gold would be pretty but I am thinking red as well.

I think the center needs to be lighter, but that sure is one pretty star.

I love your star, how is it made? Does it have a name? Thanks for sharing.

Very pretty and I agree the center would "show" better if the fabric provided more contrast.

Very pretty! That center fabric is so pretty, its a shame that you need to change it out, but I agree...there is probably a better setting for it.

I agree, not enough contrast but beautiful fabrics. I think it will be stunning. :-D
