Default Christmas Pickle quilt...

A little back story of this quilt: A good quilt "sister" of mine wanted to make this quilt...she tried to take a class, but would not have been able to go to the 1st meeting due to work constraints..I told her I would try and find the pattern for her..some great peeps here on qb helped me locate the book this quilt is in. I bought it, and my friend and I were discussing her making it. Some other quilters who had been in the class were listening and told us we would not be able to make this quilt without going to the class, as it was so difficult..My friend was offended, as she said no one really knows what someone elses skill level is...I agreed, and somehow was roped into making this quilt, too......So, I finally have it ready to border and then quilt...I also am eating crow, as I really only made the quilt to see if I could...but now I really think it is a pretty pattern...And, I will add that I am certainly not a "master quilter"...I know some of the arcs are a tad "pointy-arcy"...so, if there are quilt police looking, please no tickets or warnings......
Regards all,
Kif
PS the very bottom is really not that crooked, its the way the quilt was hanging when I took the picture...

You did a great job on a difficult looking pattern! Nice to prove to ourselves we can do if it we try, isn't it? It's beautiful!

I really like that pattern! Not sure if I can do the arc parts though. You did good!
