Default Christmas-themed Birthday gifts.
Every year I make Christmas items for my daughter-in-law whose birthday is around Thanksgiving. The first 5 or 6 years I made a dozen ornaments each year until her tree was full and now am doing wall hangings, table toppers, etc. Last year she got the snowman wall hanging. This year she requested a tree skirt so of course I had to make something else as a surprise. I had such good response to the Santa pillow that several other's on my list will get them also.
