Default Christmas Tree Skirt - "Oh My Stars"

I thought this was a good idea. Found it in some quilting magazine, and it's really a table topper. I'm going to finish top stitching it, and cut it up one side, remove the inner red and white square, and make a circle out of it. I'm in the process of top stitching it now, and then I'll bind probably in a red. It's a Christmas gift for a co-worker. It has 549 pieces. Enjoy

In reference to the remark at the bottom I always heard the the one who dies with the most fabric did not sew fast enough.

I'm sewing as fast as I can, for working full time. It's just that I think I like to buy more than I can sew. What do they say, so much fabric, so little time.

Very pretty, I would love it as table topper or tree skirt also.

Nice, Just a thought here, I have been making tree skirts for my kids and have been using patterns similar to yours,
I left them square though, and really think they are fine. All three are square and I make a slit and blinded, them put
On ties and they are IMO fine.
