Default Chunk quilt #2 (aka Tummy Time quilt)

I love making these. It's just scraps from other projects. Where esle can a Civil War repro look perfect next to some dogs? This one is for a teacher at work--expecting her first this summer--and she knows it's a girl.

I tried a machine sewn binding--the 2nd half of the job, but I just don't like how it looks compared to hand sewn, so since I make mostly small stuff, I'll go back to a needle and thread for bindings.

I love this colorful and fun baby quilt! It will be well loved by mother and baby! The binding method in the link above also looks like something I will try soon. Thanks for the link key4unc!
