LOVE IT! Would like to have the pattern but I don't see the churn dash.

The tablecloth quilt is very colorful. I would be afraid to spill something on something so lovely.

Sewfine -- it is just simple churn dash blocks set together with no sashing. You can find a pattern for a churn dash at www.quilterscache.com

TanyaL -- I have not tried it out with my dinnerware yet, but I assume it will look OK. My dinnerware is Fiesta so it pretty much goes with everything.

Diane007 -- look at the veggie block. It is the center of the churn dash. The light green forms the churn dash part. The dark green is the background.

I love the churn dash block! It may be my favorite traditional block of all time. I love how you uses the food fabrics for your tablecloth. beautifully done and you will be smiling every time you eat...I know I would

I bought the same fabric and was wondering what to do with it. Love your quilt!

A friend uses her grandmother's quilts as tablecloths, giving an outstanding look to her homey decor. They wash up wonderfully.
