Karla---I love your room-it is so cozy and I love that it is right off your kitchen.

Tell us about the quilt on the ironing board.......

How long have you been quilting? You have lots of fabric!
About 16 years. There are a few issues: 1. I tend to make scrappy projects without the stash--and that makes a lot of stash. 2. I used to buy books when I was stressed, now I buy fabric. 3. For so many years we were so careful about every penny spent--now that's paid off--so I can buy fabric more freely. I told my husband I feel like it's my very merry un-birthday every time I buy fabric. I will use it all--I will. My rule now is nothing gets purchased unless I know exactly what it's for. The project ideas come a lot faster than I can get the projects done. I need to be retired.

Tell us about the quilt on the ironing board.......
I will... when I post them. It's my own design and every piece has a purpose/reason. There are four tops nearly done...then I hope to get them quilted this week. Maybe.

Joanne's--on sale at Christmas time...it was under my tree. I bought it for hubby to give me. If I remember correctly, it was $70 for all that!! It's the kind my machine likes best.

Nice ... small is ok ... better than not having a room at all. It is hard when you have to pick everything up and put it all away every time.
