Default Exploding Heart in pinks
This is for my oldest granddaughter, who will be 11 in May. She loves all things pink, so I hope she loves this “tween quilt”. Pattern is Exploding Heart by Slice of Pi Quilts. Easy pattern, just a lot of trimming and staying organized.
My pink stash was a little meager, so I replenished with 1/4 yard cuts from The Fabric Shack-my go-to shop! The white background has cute little crabs-her favorite sea creature! Did a scrappy binding, and prayed a lot when I tossed it in the washer! The color catchers did their job!

Now that is one beautiful heart quilt!! it's hard to make a different heart quilt but you did it! Gorgeous!!

What a fabulous pattern! I love how the triangles make it look like confetti or sparkles radiating out from the heart. Nicely done!
