Default Completed UFO

Just finished this UFO that's been around for quite awhile. Now that it is done I really like it. Thanks for looking.

Wow! I love it! It has that homespun look to it, raggedy, really different. Is that embroidery I see? Was it a kit, or what? Those prairie points are a great finish =)

That is a very good looking quilt! The colors are great, and it looks like a lot of work. I bet it feels good to get it finished.

Yes this was a kit I bought. No that is not embroidery, just my attempt at fmqing. I used variegated thread. That was my first attempt at prairie points as well. The pattern didn't call for it, I just added it. I think it really added a lot of charm to the quilt. I too love that homespun look of this quilt. But I am really "into" prim stuff. I have done several prim dolls. They are a lot of fun to make as well.

Very pretty...a lot of detail in your quilt. Great finish and I'm sure your relieved to have it done.
