Love it! Makes me want to try a strip quilt. Your backing is perfect for the quilt.

Looking good Sandy. Connecting Threads has some fun patterns. I also have a kit that I need to get done from them. Maybe this year. Love the colors in your kit. And the backing was a perfect match.

Love this quilt. Would love to know the name of the pattern? I am sure I could figure it out but that involves doing the math. I love the size. Perfect lap quilt. Would love to make it for a gift.

I am seeing more of these ROW quilts. You did a very nice job and that backing is absolutely perfect.

Thank you all so very much! I agree , I am seeing many more of the strip quilts too. A fun way to display those easy blocks.

The name of the quilt is snow days and the blocks used are combination of a friendship block and a shoo fly block. I just had to make hst's to make either one of the blocks into a nine patch to make the block. Very easy as you say. Fast, fun and down and dirty stipple quilting for the most part. I don't sew very fast at all, but, it went fast comparatively.
