This turned out great. I really like how you did your strip squares with a white strip in the center giving the quilt a look of having sashing.

Pretty! Is there a name for this pattern? My nephew informed me he would like this pattern but in black and white prints with one strip being bright lime green!

check out Bonnie Hunter's web site Quiltville.com I used telephone book paper squared up, large needle, sew the center piece (mine is the white) with a strip on top right sides together on the diagonal, chain piece several in a row, turn to the other side and do the same, press, cut the chain apart, then start all over. I like to pull the paper off while watching tv. after paper is removed I re-press and trim to size. Arrange and Stitch blocks together like you normally do.
