Here are a couple of the crumb blocks I've finished. They are 9 1/2." These blocks are the beginning of the 1st quilt I'm making for DH. He asked that I please make one for us to keep.

Great looking block. Love all those bright colors and can't wait to see the quilt completed. I found it fun sewing my scrappy strip quilt because it brought back memories of all the quilts I'd made and fabrics I had used. Enjoy making more blocks.

I donít want to admit that I donít have pics, well a few but they arenít good ones. I didnít have a camera until a few years ago. Iím going to be asking folks I gave the quilts to if they can take pics for me and if they do will post them. A dear friend is searching for a pic of the 2nd raffle quilt I made Ė that was my favorite and I was sentimentally attached to it. I have some pics of parts of before it was quilted but it was too big to get the whole thing with my camera. I do have a couple little wall hangings that Iíll post some time but the fabric from these quilts isnít in this crumb quilt Ė they were made before my love affair with bright colors. :-P

Awesome scrappy. I think of crumbs as smaller pieces though.

I was thinking that too as some of the pieces got bigger and bigger so maybe it won't be an official crumb quilt. Some of the little pieces finish at 1/4" but other pieces are pretty big. Glad you like it :)

I'd be saving those gorgeous blocks for a baby quilt - but I'm in the "almost grandma" stage of my life. Beautiful colors. Great piecing. Love em! Your DH must be a Child at Heart!
