This is the first pictures I have tried to post I just finished the baby quilt for a girl I work with. The other - stained glass - is a WIP - the part that is done is the top of the bed, it will have a wide, 9-10", border then another round of the stain glass block on 3 sides for the drop.

    Crazy stained glass top

The staine glass one is just jewel-like. The baby quilt is pretty, too.

Nice quilts!!! I thinks it's your color choice of fabric that makes the stained glass so awesome. What kind of fabric is it?

Oh wow. The baby quilt is adorable, but the stained glass is spectacular. That's something I need to add to my to-do list. Thanks for the inspiration.

The colors don't show up the best in that picture. Most of the fabric are fat quarters that I got at the local Hancock store. I am making it for a guy that I work with and he picked out the colors

The "leading" is black fabric. It is paper pieced. I found the pattern free online but only used 3 of the blocks that were listed. We wanted a crazy quilt feel

It really isn't hard because it is paper pieced. The hardest part was picking out the fabric. I used 11 or 12 different fabrics and no 2 blocks are the same. I tried to see if the website where I found the free pattern was still there but I keep getting an error message.
