Default Creative juices needed to be primed a bit.

I have been in a creative funk for about a month now. Usually when that happens I just sort of grindthru it and finish UFO’s or make something I that had already been planned outand ready to go. None of that workedthis time….So I took a road trip with my son. Thru the mountains of West Virginia and Virginia and on to small town Ohio(my home town). My sister had somequilts to do from ‘Touching Little Lives” and I jumped in and gave a hand. It was exactly what I needed! When I got home, I cut out a baby quilt andhad it pieced, quilted and bound in 3 days (this left no time to be on the QB!). (That’s really fast for me). I got a bit cocky and rushed thru some of thecutting and made mistakes, but it still turned out OK! Yahoo! Hopefully this isthe start of something big!<o></o>

Way to go! Love the quilt and the fabrics are wonderful. The quilting gives so much movement! Now on to the next challenge!

I love the swirls, too! They really are perfect on this darling little quilt! Boy howdy... when you emerge from a funk, you just come bustin' out, don't you? LOL! Yay! Some little child will love, love, love this bright, cheerful quilt -- or should I say "spring board"? Kudos!
