Default The Crows Nest

My Mother, also a Board Member here, lives atop a ridge in West Virginia. She wanted a sign outside to withstand the weather, that said "The Crows Nest". I don't know much about making signs for outside, but I knew I could quilt one. I googled a crows nest, blew up the picture, and made a wall hanging for inside. I gave it to her for Mothers' Day. Here's my version.

Very neat! It looks very Edger Allen Poe-ish(sp) even though his poem was about a Raven.

Truly one of a kind - I like it.

I think crows are intriguing birds - smart and aggressive - and handsome!
