no i don't have her wear glasses. we don't sew anything that could come flying up in her face.

plus i have a brace on the sewing pedal that prevents the machine from moving at a quick pace.

i have her sit in the chair, she can't reach the pedal so i work the pedal, then i have a foot with a side guard that keeps the fabric from shifting, then i place my hands over her hands and we guide the fabric thru the machine together.
