It turned out very nice. What kind of batting are the 2 layers? Usually we can see them on the edge of the quilt, but I can't quite make them out.

Sorry, I always trim the battings off before pics. It is an 80/20 cotton and a wool batting.

That makes me even more curious. What does the wool batting add? I'm thinking it's fluffier???

It does have a little more loft than the warm and natural batting. I bet it is super warm. I want to get some and try it on a quilt for myself this winter(with minkee on the back....I live in Wisconsin and it gets cold here).
