First let me state that i really really do not like FMQ at all but i did it on this....
i had this idea friday night of this christmas tree i wanted to make...it was in my head so off i went to designing this...this is made with 2 charm packs from Moda's Nature's gift line. The tree is just some moda brown i had in my stash the backing is also some fabric from my stash....all the circle's and the tree are needle turn applique. The fmq is def not the best and i am sure if i sent if off to a long armer it would of taken on a whole different look...but i did all the fmq today and all that is left to do is put the binding on...i will use the leftover charms for a scrappy binding. I just did a meandering swirl in the white around the tree...a holy vine in the red border and a swirl vine in the outer pieced border...and i fussy cut the cardinal for the top of my tree. and yes i know there are loose threads i still need to trim
Thanks for looking
Blessings

I think it looks great! Your quilting looks fine. I still have issues getting my stitches consistent, but it doesn't show so much on the busy fabrics I generally use. :)

Oh my gosh that is so stinking cute! I love it! I need to make my niece a wall hanging - can I use yours as inspiration?? That is just fabulous!

It is just darling. Your free motion quilting is great. The more you do the easier it gets.
