Jenniky ... oh but you CAN come to see the display. Just get MrJenniky into the car and head to Ontari-ari-ari-o. Just a few hours drive away (9 hrs to Wakarusa, Ind plus to your place). We're not making any butter and the whole display is secured behind plexiglass walls. Thus why some of the photos are not the best. However, the other side of that blue wall with the signage ...... are IRL cows and calves of all ages!!! We do two milking demos per day with commentary and open question periods. So come one, come all .... it'd be a perfect wee get away for you and the Mr!

W4Me ... It all came together better than we'd expected! We are hoping that the CNE's official photographer will land some good photos with her better equipment and wide angle lens!

OKSGlad ... as spoken by a true dairy person! Would that be HITBD or Churn Dash blocks? Recognize the white fabric?

Oh great display QuiltE! You have indeed been a very busy gal! We miss you on the Board though - hurry back when you can. Your table toppers turned out beautiful!

Took me a minute to figure out what the yellow topper had to do with dairy. Very clever.

One of my fav pics of son was when he was about two and churning butter.
He loved making it in an old fashioned churn.
thanks for the memory

What a great display and the quilts are just perfect. Thank you for sharing all of the photos - the next best thing to being there (I can't leave Florida right now, but wish you well up there in God's country)!
