Default Snowmen small wall hanging

The guild I belong to has a fund raiser every year - members make and donate some small item -- and, ha ha, believe it or not we call it our Small Quilt Auction. Anyway, I made this for the auction, about 15" square, and until I took the picture, didn't realize I had cut the sashing strips different sizes. So I am keeping if for myself, which is fine because I loved the way it turned out. Made a different small quilt for the auction. I think it it hadn't been made to be auctioned off to quilters, I would have donated it, but you never know where the Quilt Police are lurking, ready to pounce and laughingly point out your errors!

Those candies in the border look almost real. This is adorable.

Oh, so cute. Glad you get to keep it. Quilters often don't keep anything for ourselves.

If you hadn't said the borders were different sizes, I never would have noticed it. It is beautiful and could you machine quilt a little saying in the border as if you meant to do it?

It's so pretty, and I don't see anything unusual.

How ADORABLE! The candy cane border is perfect! I never would have noticed the "error" if you hadn't said something.
