I can't believe that my "youngest child" (the baby) just turned 30! How could that be possible? Time does fly, doesn't it.

This quilt has been a long time in the making. She wanted something that looked "modern" and I don't know if I achieved that.

The blue is the picture doesn't actually look that blue, it is softer more pastel. The backing is a gorgeous print flannel that matched perfectly!

I wish I could report that I quilted it, too. Credit for that goes to Wendy at Eagle Mountain Quilting. She does beautiful work and is quite reasonable. (www.EagleMountainQuilting.com)

Tomorrow is the day she gets her quilt and I hope she likes it!

Gorgeous! Your daughter is one lucky gal....she will love it. My 1st born turns 30 next month......how can that be???

Absolutely beautiful!! The dot fabrics looks like Amy Butler. I love those! I used them on my daughters quilt also.

I wish I had thought to finish the quilt I started when my dd was 15 for her 30th... maybe I can get it finished for her this year. She'll be happy whenever I get it finished :D
