Love the red and white together. Great job, it's really nice to get those UFOs done, isn't it. SOMEDAY I will have that feeling!

Thank you all for your kind comments.
I am very pleased with this flimsy (top...I met that term on this site and like it a lot). My original plan did not include the 9 patches. When I came across the UFO, I realized that the pattern could use some more color AND the 9 patches were much quicker, a definite win..win. I added the green in the 9 patches to 'pull it all together'. After I started, I realized I might have used a proper Irish chain, but that will wait for another day. Because I changed the pattern, I have a couple of heart blocks left over. I'll probably make pillowcases to go with it.
