Your quilt is simply gorgeous. I like it the best of any hexie quilt I've ever seen.

Great pattern! Ok, I know I could count them, but you have the info at your fingertips! How many hexies in each diamond? Am cutting some now myself....with new GO die!, and will bag each color as I go.....thanks for idea!

Is there a good tutorial on how to do something like this? You have an impressive collection of fabrics there. Are those regular cottons or batiks? I've made a few rainbow quilts (one batik and one regular cotton with lots of fabric left over still) and it requires buying a lot of fabric to get the various colors and enough variety. Unfortunately, I purchased a lot of prints that had too much other color and I realized after the fact that it is better to get mostly tone on tone types. Great job.
Hexies are easy and a great project for sitting in front of the TV with the hubby. I use my Accuquilt die to cut both the fabric and the foundation paper, then carry them in a small plastic box in my purse to work on while waiting for something else.

WOW, that is awesome. What a great way to use up the scraps. Good Luck in getting it quilted. My GFG is still waiting to be quilted.
