I decided to make a diaper bag first for my mom-to-be daughter instead of a quilt. This is what I'm starting with.

Oooh, I know it's hard to cut into batiks! I have the same problem. You can do it! And remember, you can always buy more!

Look good enough to eat, love batiks, just waiting on some coming from Thousands of Bolts, they are a real bargain there from 3.85 Dollars to 5.85 dollars, I thought that was a great deal especially for Princess Mirah Batiks.

Sunday noon...time for a break( nap), a shower, a movie :) then back home to make the big yo-yo flowers that will go where the blu bias tubing dips up and down. I have a nice piece of corrugated plastic cardboard signage from work that I'll cut the size of the bottom and make a cover for it to give the bottom a firm stability that looks finished.
