I like the yellow ones. They look cleaner, fresher to me.

I like both, but the brighter ones are best. But it really depends on what you are doing with the fabrics.

They're both nice and make me want one, but I prefer the ripe ones. To me they look more realistic. That said, as the others stated, it depends on where you want to use the fabric and what other fabrics will be with it.

I like the yellow ones; personally I prefer my bananas with a little green, but very ripe makes me think of the disgusting banana bread my mother used to make. She waited till the bananas were practically black before she used them, so the bread tasted rotten. Can't stand banana bread to this day.
