We took Mac to the park today. He had an awsome time playing in the pond. It was his first time jumping in the water and he didn't like it much when the bottom ran out and he had to swim. Nitwit (the kitten formerly known asThai, but he answers to Nitwit and not Thai when called) stayed home on guard cat duty and chased a cricket in the basement all afternoon, then caught a nap while watching tv while everyone was out of the house.

...so precious...
I love kittens (and Cats) but I cannot have one as I have a Jack Russell Terrier and I do believe he would try and kill a cat with half a chance.
Thanks for sharing your photos

Precious little kitty goes after big puppy like a tiny tank lol. Big puppy is so gentle with him I still can't believe it. I was terrified the kitten would not live through the first week but they are now inseperable best buddies. Maybe it's because they are both babies at the same time. Mac loved the water. I've heard that Golden Retreivers have the "Golden Grin" when they are happy and he was grinning from ear to ear. I had so much fun watching him bound in after a stick, splashing, chasing the little fishies. He looked just like a little kid.

I can't believe a cute, adorable, precious little thing like that would DO something like you mentioned to that pup! Not that cutie! lol
(I have one that looks sweet and innocent, but is actually naughty at times)

Your dog and cat are beautiful. My younger dog is constantly after our cat to play. Luckily the cat loves it too. Our older dog and the cat grew up together so Elliott is used to being dog handled. As a matter of fact a friend that lives up the street told me the other day "you have the darndest cat, I was walking my dog and he just came up and rolled over on the ground as if to say, ok lets play".

My goldendoodle hates the ocean - wish he didn't. My golden retriever loved any water - just like your pup - he would jump and play and chase the seagulls. Your litten is adorable - makes me want to have another cat, but I really hated the litter box!
