I love it. So true. It's hard to use some of our best loved fabric.

Yesterday I was getting some gifts together and thought that the recipient would like some extra fabric.

So I went to my "cloth closet" and took out a nice folded piece of material and took it in to press and wrap...got as far as the door and turned around, found another piece and did the same..by the third selection, I got as far as the ironing board and pressing it, and then told my lovely piece of fabric.."no way, can I part with you"

Had to go and get something else to replace them in the package as my fabric couldn't be replaced in my cloth-keeping closet.

So true!! I look at some of my fabric and I love it too much to ever cut it up. I keep wondering when (IF) I'll ever get over it!!

I'm going to embroider this and put it on my sewing room wall! But first, I have to go buy some fabric for it because I sure don't want to use any of the beautiful stuff I'm saving in my stash!
