It looks to me more like something designed on EQ rather than an available pattern

Actually it is a very old quilt, done with templates created by the quilter. I believe the original is in the Netherlands. I could see doing it with fusible but not piecing!! A friend is looking for the name of the quilt pattern, if there even is a name!

It is called “aneurism in the making”,
also known as the:
“quilter killer”,
“oh my! What was I thinking?”
and
“No. I don’t know why the machine flew through the window” ;-)
