Donna sent me this quilt for LAQ.

SHe sent me the link at one point to the pattern..which I believe is a free pattern from a blog...I can't remember the name so hopefully she will send it to us on this thread..or if someone else recognizes it ..please post it.

Donna made this quilt as a gift to her daughter....I think it is beautiful. I had to think about this quilt for some time because the chains are really significant and I didn't want to do anything to take away from those. I felt if I went in and did some fancy designs in the white areas it would detract....But I did want to further distinguish the chain colors from each other..so each chain got different designs....I love the texture that created. Donna did a beautiful job constructing this! Thank you DOnna!

I quilted this freehand on my 26 innova..I used hobbs polydown batting.

    Thanks for looking.
